Let’s talk about it.
I didn’t wake up one morning and say, “You know what? Let me go build a whole blog today.”
No ma’am. No sir.

I built this blog because every writing job I applied for said the same thing:
“Please include a link to your blog.”

A blog?
Me?
In this economy?

But here we are.
And honestly… maybe they knew something I didn’t.

Because once I started setting this up — the name, the pages, the stories — I realized something:
I’ve been blogging my whole life.
In my notes.
In my prayers.
In my poems.
In my “Let’s Talk About It” & my Road

So yes, I built this blog because the jobs told me to.
But I’m keeping it because God told me to use my voice.
Because women need a place to breathe again.
Because my story has weight.
Because my words have work to do.
